Designer Licensing Agreement

Upon purchasing any Designer Artwork or Product please know you are agreeing to the following license use.


PERSONAL USE:
Personal use means you can use the graphics for personal or non-profit projects without credit. Feel free to make whatever you wish as long as the product isn't sold or distributed in it's original form in any way. Personal Use also includes graphics, blogs, branding, for yourself only.  If you are planning on making items for others use a commercial license. 

COMMERCIAL USE:
By purchasing commercial use licensing you can use the product for commercial products up to the amount on the sales purchased.
For example: making 100 invitations requires the Commercial Use License under 500 sales listing. 

Commercial license is ALWAYS REQUIRED if you sell your product regardless of the platform.

Each license is for one product and one user.

When purchasing any designer product you agree to use this download for personal and limited commercial use only and can not share the digital files. You agree not to upload or in any way distribute the files in any way. You may not manufacture or redistribute the digital and physical output from these files without purchasing the correct commercial use license. 

Copyright remains with Gabriela Elena Designs regardless if personal or commercial use.
